Markers
Flat Markers
Markers, also known as “grass markers” or “footstones”, are placed flush in the ground. The standard size is 2’ x 1’ x 4” and are generally used to mark a single grave or a grave with multiple cremated remains. These markers can also be customized and are available as a larger double marker or a smaller marker for a child or infant. Markers can be customized to match a spouse’s military marker with the same font style.
Raised Markers
A raised marker, also known as a hickey marker or beveled marker, is raised above the ground and may be flat or have a slightly beveled edge. They are sometimes installed with a bronze plaque attached to them.
